STANDARD PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 5:00 PM MAY BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING SPECIFIC COLLECTION LAUNCHES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING, PENDING AVAILABILITY AND CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION. THIS MAY TAKE LONGER DURING SPECIAL RELEASES OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS. 

YACTEN IS UNABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO ADDRESSES. ALL ORDERS WITH A P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO ADDRESS WILL BE CANCELLED.

YACTEN WILL EMAIL YOU WITH UPDATES AND TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. IN AN EVENT THAT A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

YACTEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED ARE ASSUMED BY THE COURIER.

YACTEN accepts returns if items follow all of these guidelines:

  • 14 days return policy
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • With all tags included
  • With original packaging

YACTEN does not cover the return shipping cost. Returns are only eligible for U.S. customers. Once your return request is accepted, an email with instructions will be sent.

Items shipped to unauthorized locations will not be processed and will be sent back.
